1. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Estimated 7–12 business days.

Total delivery time usually ranges from 8 to 15 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your email within 24–48 hours. You can use this number on our website or the carrier’s site to monitor your package.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still can't find it, contact us at and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


2. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we will do our best to help.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! Lightilla is hosted on Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your data is encrypted and secure.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us at  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.


4. Product Information

Are your LED lights waterproof?

Many of our products, such as the 13 Led Submersible Light, are IP68 waterproof and designed for underwater use. Please check the specific product description for the waterproof rating of each item.

Do the lights come with batteries?

Battery requirements vary by product. Some items are USB rechargeable, while others require standard batteries (like AAA). Please refer to the "Specifications" section on the product page for details.
